BIO

Looking back, one might have almost predicted that Patrick Fairon would someday find a way to unify his passion for business and his love of nature into one symbiotic relationship. As one of five children born and raised in Huntington Beach by parents that loved the outdoors, Patrick was exposed to the outdoors and nature at an early age. His father in particular had a deep love for the ocean, which he passed on to Patrick during their many trips sailing and diving. He spent most of his high school year surfing and snowboarding.

Interestingly enough, it was his father who encouraged Patrick’s entrepreneurial side as well. After buying a new lawnmower, his father gave ten year old Patrick the old mower in the hopes that he might find some use for it, which he did, by going door to door and offering lawn service to his neighbors for a small fee. As he got older, Patrick continued his hard working ways, not only excelling as a student-athlete, but also working all four years of his high school experience.

At age 21, Patrick started his first finance company, First Pacific Financial and a year later purchased a small business for his wife, a recycled clothing store, Hollys Recycled Rose. After a number of financial successes throughout the nineties, he created a technology platform which revolutionized the lending industry by creating a paperless environment in a paper intensive industry. One can say that was the start of his passion for technology and his commitment to have technology support human behavior.

In 2006, Patrick sold one of his companies to Centex, giving him the freedom to explore new opportunities. Having worked in the finance, software, and technology industries for nearly two decades, he knew he wanted something a little different; something that would support the common good. As fate would have it, one such opportunity would soon present itself. After much brainstorming, the entrepreneur conceived of what is now Workgreen.org; a not for profit green certification organization. While Patrick has always felt good about the many ventures he has undertaken throughout his career, Workgreen.org represented a chance to really make a difference by giving back. Patrick has “always felt that if you help and or give, then right out of the gates there is a real sense of accomplishment.” It’s this sentiment that he brings with him to Workgreen every day.

In 2009, Patrick also founded Consumer Care Advocacy a not for profit organization, (www.CCANow.org) to bring his wealth of financial sales training to a struggling economy by providing occupational training, certification, and job placement. Patrick found that by organically growing his organizations through a comprehensive ethical and tactical sales succession strategy lead to a high retention and loyalty ratio with his employees. By training the next generation financial sales professional old school values with todays cutting edge technology, CCANow’s goal is to find 100% of its certified professionals long term jobs.

As passionate and driven as he may be about business, Patrick is a family man first. He describes his family, wife Holly, and four children, Ella, Jack, Ford, and Cole as the loves of his life and credits them as his main inspiration to make a positive impact on our world.
